ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
AND SETTING STATUS DATE
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on April 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Assistant Attorney General Charles Hover III represented Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Timothy Stackhouse, Esq. represented Respondent Custom Homes by R.T. White, LLC. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal of the procedural history of the matter and the current status of the matter pending in Superior Court. The limited scope of the instant hearing was also discussed.
Based on those discussions, the parties agreed that this matter should be continued pending the outcome of the Superior Court ruling. Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 2, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
Done this day, April 1, 2026.
