AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing Kraig Hutchison appeared on behalf of Complainant Forge Building Company, LLC. Vanessa Castillo appeared on behalf of Respondent Creeker Construction, LLC. Respondent requested a continuance of the hearing in order to attempt to resolve the matter with Complainant without the need for a hearing. Complainant did not object to a continuance. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on April 9, 2026. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
