EXHIBIT A – CHRONOLOGICAL TIMELINE OF EVENTS

1. Initial Inquiry White Builder contacted Sonoran Glass by phone to inquire about shower glass installation services, system types, and general pricing ranges. Sonoran Glass explained that multiple system options were available and that pricing would depend on field measurements and project conditions. Example pricing ranges and material options were provided, along with representative photos of available systems.

2. Site Visit and Scope Definition (October 27, 2025) On October 27, 2025, Sonoran Glass estimator Oscar Lugo conducted a jobsite walkthrough with Franco Keung, Site Superintendent for White Builder. During this walkthrough, the requested system specifications were clearly communicated as: • Sliding shower system • Lowest-cost option • 3/8” glass thickness No additional requirements regarding dual-operability, panel configuration, orientation, or specialty design were requested or discussed.

3. Estimate Issued and Approved (October 27, 2025) Sonoran Glass issued Estimate #5551 reflecting the requested specifications (Exhibit B). The estimate provided: • Sliding system • Cost-effective configuration • 3/8” glass The estimate was approved in writing via email by Franco Keung on October 27, 2025 (Exhibit C). Per Sonoran Glass terms, approval of the estimate constitutes acceptance of scope and contract formation.

4. First Installation Performed (November 7, 2025) Sonoran Glass performed installation of two shower systems: • Shower 1: Standing shower (Exhibit D) • Shower 2: Tub shower (Exhibit E) Shower 1 was fully installed. During installation, plumbing-related conditions required adjustment, and a written notice was issued for an additional $250. Shower 2 was subsequently installed. Approximate installation durations: • Shower 1: 4 hours • Shower 2: 3 hours Photos of completed installations are included (Exhibit F). Following completion, Invoice #5551 was issued (Exhibit G).

5. Post-Installation Objection (November 7, 2025) After installation was completed, White Builder expressed dissatisfaction with the design (Exhibit H). Sonoran Glass explained that the installed systems were consistent with the approved estimate and scope. White Builder then requested alternative designs, and Sonoran Glass agreed to provide new estimate.

6. New Estimate and Approval (November 13, 2025)

A new estimate #5592 reflecting a different shower configuration was issued (Exhibit I). This estimate was approved via text message by Ellen White on November 13, 2025 (Exhibit J). Following approval: • New materials were ordered • Custom fabrication was completed • Installation was scheduled

7. Second Installation Attempt (November 18, 2025) Sonoran Glass returned to the jobsite on November 18, 2025 to install the new system. Installation commenced, and progress was as follows: • Approximately 70% completion of Shower 1 • 0% completion of Shower 2 (not yet started) At that point, White Builder halted the installation and expressed dissatisfaction with the revised design. Sonoran Glass was ready, willing, and actively performing installation at the time work was stopped. At that time, Sonoran Glass was instructed to: • Stop installation • Remove installed materials • Remove all materials from the property • Leave the jobsite Sonoran Glass complied with all instructions.

8. Material Status All materials provided for this project: • Were custom fabricated specifically for the property • Were manufactured to exact project dimensions • Are non-returnable to the supplier • Are not usable for any other project These materials remain stored at Sonoran Glass’s warehouse and are available for installation (Exhibit P). Supporting documentation includes: • Manufacturer purchase records (Exhibits L & M) • Subcontractor installation costs (Exhibits N & O)

9. Second Invoice Issued Following fabrication, mobilization, and partial installation: Invoice #5592 was issued (Exhibit K)

10. ROC Complaint Filed by White Builder – Dismissed (March 18, 2026) White Builder filed a complaint with AZ Registrar of Contractors alleging abandonment and defective work. The Registrar investigated the complaint and issued a dismissal on March 18, 2026 (Exhibit Q), stating that: • The matter constitutes a financial/contractual dispute • The allegations do not meet grounds for discipline under A.R.S. § 32-1154(A) • The complaint is outside the Registrar’s jurisdiction

11. Summary of Key Facts • Both installations were performed based on written approvals • All materials were custom fabricated per approved scope • Work was performed in good faith on two separate occasions • Installation was stopped at the direction of White Builder • Materials were removed at White Builder’s instruction • Sonoran Glass was not allowed to complete installation • Custom materials remain available for completion • All invoices remain unpaid

12. Conclusion The current dispute arises solely from non-payment for approved work, custom-fabricated materials, and labor performed. Sonoran Glass fulfilled its contractual obligations and was prevented from completing installation due to Respondent’s direction to stop work and remove materials. Respondent’s concerns arose only after installation was completed and were not part of the originally approved scope. Sonoran Glass relied on the specifications provided and approved in writing, and no additional requirements were communicated prior to fabrication or installation. At no time did Sonoran Glass represent, agree, or imply that any fabrication, removal, or installation would be performed at no cost. Any revised scope constituted new work requiring separate approval, materials, and labor.

Notes Terms TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Conditions of Sale constitute a contractual agreement between you (the "Customer") and us ("Sonoran Glass & Construction"). These terms and conditions shall prevail unless expressly modified in writing between the Customer and Sonoran Glass & Construction. The Contract between the Customer and Sonoran Glass & Construction is established through these Conditions of Sale, the Estimate, and any other written documents signed and accepted at the time of the Estimates’ signing (the "Contract"). SITE CONDITIONS 1. Per Our Safety Requirements; All areas to be clear of any obstacles (sun screens, blinds, wall decorations, furniture, fitness equipment, personal belongings, etc.) prior Sonoran Glass & Construction technician arrival. Removal of all such items is the responsibility of the Property Owner/Agent. Sonoran Glass & Construction will not move items nor be responsible for missing items and/or for damage caused to items due to non-removal. If a return trip is required to complete work due to items not being ready a $150.00/per hour charge will be assessed to the property. Moving fees are applicable at $500/per hour. 2. The price will be increased to cover any work not included in the scope of work, extras requested by you, variations, additional fixings, or additional work caused by adverse physical conditions, such as unusual obstructions or groundworks. Anything not specifically stated above, such as unforeseen interior and exterior repairs at the time of replacement, will be billed separately. 5. For exterior scope of work, all landscaping/vegetation must be trimmed or tied back (by Property Owner/Agent) to allow for a 2’– 3’ clearance area to surfaces before work starts (if applicable). 6. If a storage container, waste container, or portable toilet is required for the job, the owner will provide a location on the property that is suitable for Sonoran Glass & Construction access requirements. 7. At the completion of work each day, Sonoran Glass & Construction will clean up all areas worked in, and relocate all equipment (e.g., ladders) to safe and inconspicuous storage space. 8. Sonoran Glass & Construction holds the Property Owner/Agent responsible for safety provisions related to inhabitants or occupants inside the property such as, tenant, squatters, or others resulting in verbal, physical, emotional, violent or threatening behavior. No cost for safety provisions should be transferred to Sonoran Glass & Construction. GENERAL CONDITIONS 9. Estimates are valid for fifteen (15) days. Acceptance by the Property Owner/Agent constitutes an agreement. After fifteen (15) days, regardless of whether a signed estimate is on file, Sonoran Glass & Construction reserves the right to adjust the price based on current material prices and market conditions. 10. All work shall be executed in a good and workmanlike manner, in compliance with accepted specifications, applicable building codes, and industry standards. All material is owned by Sonoran Glass & Construction until final payment is received. 11. Sonoran Glass & Construction shall adhere to the regulations of the Registrar of Contractors, State of Arizona. 12. Property Owner/Agent consents to filing a mechanics lien or any other instrument deemed appropriate by Sonoran Glass & Construction and/or its suppliers to secure payment. 13. Property Owner/Agent agrees to pay all invoices upon issuance and further agrees that in the event of default, any reasonable collection charges and/or attorney's fees will be paid. 14. If the completion of the contract is delayed by the Property Owner and/or its agents for more than fifteen (15) days from the start of production, full payment is due immediately. 15. In accordance with section 32-1129.01 of the Arizona Prompt Payment Law, progress payments shall be made to the contractor within seven days after the date the billing or estimate is certified and approved. A billing or estimate shall be deemed approved and certified fourteen days after the owner receives it, unless a written statement detailing disapproved items is issued before that time. 16. If the actual work surface is larger than represented on the blueprint from which an estimate was prepared, the Buyer agrees to compensate Sonoran Glass & Construction for the additional work performed at the square foot bid rate. 17. Sonoran Glass & Construction shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages to the interior contents of the structure upon which work is to be performed caused by leaks before, during, or after work performance, except for those directly caused by defects in Sonoran Glass & Construction’s workmanship. Material warranties, if any, are those of the manufacturers. 18. Sonoran Glass & Construction specifically disclaims any and all liability for preexisting mold and/or fungus, along with any direct or consequential damages incurred as a result of the same. 19. Sonoran Glass & Construction shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by fires, strikes, acts of war, windstorm, inability to obtain materials, or other acts. 20. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser for the quoted period and is non-transferable, or for two years from the date of installation for new construction unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 21. No verbal agreement is binding on either party. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and can be modified only in writing, signed by both parties. Warranties, if any, are sole and separate contracts. 22. The laws of the State of Arizona govern this agreement. Venue is Maricopa County, Arizona. 23. Sonoran Glass & Construction’s liability is limited to the invoiced amount. 24. All change orders are subject to the same terms & conditions herein and are to be paid immediately upon issuance. 25. Sonoran Glass & Construction reserves the right to revise contracts prior to the scope of work. 26. Sonoran Glass & Construction reserves the right to adjust monthly payments prior to the scope of work. 27. Sonoran Glass & Construction excludes the following from any warranties/guarantees: • Peeling paint caused by delamination between layers of previously painted surfaces, whether visible or not prior to prep and paint application. • Color fading due to UV and other outside elements. • Efflorescence in stucco or other masonry surfaces. • Paint failure due to structure settling. • Paint or stain color matches and product matches may not be 100% accurate. The accuracy of color matching can be affected by factors such as material brand, sheen, colorant, placement, substrate, age of prior application, and material quality. Thank you for providing the updated estimate along with the photos of the frameless shower doors. We appreciate the effort to align the final product with our expectations before moving forward.

However, we need to address a significant concern. The shower door that was installed last week was not in line with the specifications we had discussed. Specifically, we had a clear agreement with Oscar on the installation day that the door should not be finalized as it did not match the correct type or the height we requested. Despite this, the installation was completed incorrectly, and we are now being invoiced for a door that does not meet the agreed specifications.

EXHIBIT H Page 7 of 23 To clarify, the original approved estimate did not include the necessary details about the door type and height. Because those specifications were never clearly outlined in the initial documentation, we had no way of knowing that the installed door would be incorrect. We now expect that the incorrect door will be removed and replaced with the correct semi-framed glass door as per the originally agreed specifications, at no additional cost to us.

We need to resolve this matter by the end of today, November 13, 2025. If we cannot come to a resolution, White Builder Inc. will proceed with hiring another vendor to remove and replace the door. In that scenario, we will not be making any payment for the incorrect installation.

Oscar mentioned you were saying the showers installed are not what you wanted. I just wanted to clarify and attach the emails showing the approved estimate for your reference.

As you can see, the showers were quoted and approved with hardware, not as frameless units. At no point did we receive a request for frameless showers; in fact, during our communication, Franco mentioned that he wanted the most cost-effective

option, and we provided and installed that model accordingly.

Franco was also present when the first shower was installed and did not mention any issue or change request at that time. The work performed fully matches the approved scope, and we completed it exactly as authorized.

Additionally, we want to note that we actually gave a lower price than our standard rate as a courtesy. If frameless showers had been requested, the cost would have been significantly higher.

Please review the attached documentation for confirmation. Of course, if frameless showers are now desired, we would be happy to provide a new estimate for that option.

EXHIBIT H Page 11 of 23 We’re not sure what happened, but it looks like the plumber missed installing a cap before we did our shower installation. Now we have to remove everything, move the shower about one inch, and reassemble it, including re-drilling the holes.

Since this was not part of our original scope and the work had already been completed, there will be an additional charge of $250 for the extra labor.

Terms TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Conditions of Sale constitute a contractual agreement between you (the "Customer") and us ("Sonoran Glass & Construction"). These terms and conditions shall prevail unless expressly modified in writing between the Customer and Sonoran Glass & Construction. The Contract between the Customer and Sonoran Glass & Construction is established through these Conditions of Sale, the Estimate, and any other written documents signed and accepted at the time of the Estimates’ signing (the "Contract"). SITE CONDITIONS 1. Per Our Safety Requirements; All areas to be clear of any obstacles (sun screens, blinds, wall decorations, furniture, fitness equipment, personal belongings, etc.) prior Sonoran Glass & Construction technician arrival. Removal of all such items is the responsibility of the Property Owner/Agent. Sonoran Glass & Construction will not move items nor be responsible for missing items and/or for damage caused to items due to non-removal. If a return trip is required to complete work due to items not being ready a $150.00/per hour charge will be assessed to the property. Moving fees are applicable at $500/per hour. 2. Per Our Safety Requirements: Upon Arrival, Sonoran Glass & Construction Will Establish a Work Area. To prevent trespassing and mitigate potential harm and hazards, the designated "Work Area" will be restricted to authorized personnel only, as permitted by Sonoran Glass & Construction. 3. Sonoran Glass & Construction does not accept responsibility for any re-adjustment/ reconnect of satellite dishes, alarm systems to windows, antennae, or other apparatus’s attached to buildings, assuming proper notification was given to Property Owner/Agent. 4. The price will be increased to cover any work not included in the scope of work, extras requested by you, variations, additional fixings, or additional work caused by adverse physical conditions, such as unusual obstructions or groundworks. Anything not specifically stated above, such as unforeseen interior and exterior repairs at the time of replacement, will be billed separately. 5. For exterior scope of work, all landscaping/vegetation must be trimmed or tied back (by Property Owner/Agent) to allow for a 2’– 3’ clearance area to surfaces before work starts (if applicable). 6. If a storage container, waste container, or portable toilet is required for the job, the owner will provide a location on the property that is suitable for Sonoran Glass & Construction access requirements. 7. At the completion of work each day, Sonoran Glass & Construction will clean up all areas worked in, and relocate all equipment (e.g., ladders) to safe and inconspicuous storage space. 8. Sonoran Glass & Construction holds the Property Owner/Agent responsible for safety provisions related to inhabitants or occupants inside the property such as, tenant, squatters, or others resulting in verbal, physical, emotional, violent or threatening behavior. No cost for safety provisions should be transferred to Sonoran Glass & Construction. GENERAL CONDITIONS 9. Estimates are valid for fifteen (15) days. Acceptance by the Property Owner/Agent constitutes an agreement. After fifteen (15) days, regardless of whether a signed estimate is on file, Sonoran Glass & Construction reserves the right to adjust the price based on current material prices and market conditions. 10. All work shall be executed in a good and workmanlike manner, in compliance with accepted specifications, applicable building codes, and industry standards. All material is owned by Sonoran Glass & Construction until final payment is received. 11. Sonoran Glass & Construction shall adhere to the regulations of the Registrar of Contractors, State of Arizona. 12. Property Owner/Agent consents to filing a mechanics lien or any other instrument deemed appropriate by Sonoran Glass & Construction and/or its suppliers to secure payment. 13. Property Owner/Agent agrees to pay all invoices upon issuance and further agrees that in the event of default, any reasonable collection charges and/or attorney's fees will be paid. 14. If the completion of the contract is delayed by the Property Owner and/or its agents for more than fifteen (15) days from the start of production, full payment is due immediately. 15. In accordance with section 32-1129.01 of the Arizona Prompt Payment Law, progress payments shall be made to the contractor within seven days after the date the billing or estimate is certified and approved. A billing or estimate shall be deemed approved and certified fourteen days after the owner receives it, unless a written statement detailing disapproved items is issued before that time. 16. If the actual work surface is larger than represented on the blueprint from which an estimate was prepared, the Buyer agrees to compensate Sonoran Glass & Construction for the additional work performed at the square foot bid rate. 17. Sonoran Glass & Construction shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages to the interior contents of the structure upon which work is to be performed caused by leaks before, during, or after work performance, except for those directly caused by defects in Sonoran Glass & Construction’s workmanship. Material warranties, if any, are those of the manufacturers. 18. Sonoran Glass & Construction specifically disclaims any and all liability for preexisting mold and/or fungus, along with any direct or consequential damages incurred as a result of the same. 19. Sonoran Glass & Construction shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by fires, strikes, acts of war, windstorm, inability to obtain materials, or other acts. 20. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser for the quoted period and is non-transferable, or for two years from the date of installation for new construction unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 21. No verbal agreement is binding on either party. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and can be modified only in writing, signed by both parties. Warranties, if any, are sole and separate contracts. 22. The laws of the State of Arizona govern this agreement. Venue is Maricopa County, Arizona. 23. Sonoran Glass & Construction’s liability is limited to the invoiced amount. 24. All change orders are subject to the same terms & conditions herein and are to be paid immediately upon issuance. 25. Sonoran Glass & Construction excludes the following from any warranties/guarantees: • Peeling paint caused by delamination between layers of previously painted surfaces, whether visible or not prior to prep and paint application. • Color fading due to UV and other outside elements. • Efflorescence in stucco or other masonry surfaces. • Paint failure due to structure settling. • Paint or stain color matches and product matches may not be 100% accurate. The accuracy of color matching can be affected by factors such as material brand, sheen, colorant, placement, substrate, age of prior application, and material quality. Due to the nature of our work, exact color matching or exact material matching may not always be achievable. • Sonoran Glass & Construction will not be responsible for damages to Roof Tiles in areas where there is no alternative access to surfaces that require painting (namely chimneys, parapet walls, etc.). • Reoccurring rust on metal from previous corrosion. • Dry rot wood causing delamination. • Ordinary wear and tear and unusual abuse are excluded from the warranty. • EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems – synthetic stucco) Substrates and Masonry/Stucco Cement Surfaces: Sonoran Glass & Construction makes no representations regarding the construction design, erection, installation, material composition, or curing processes of any substrate where paint is to be applied. SGC will not be responsible for repainting surfaces where substrate issues affect adhesion, durability, or appearance, including efflorescence, rust, or other surface emissions due to building/construction deficiencies. • Outside Elements: Sonoran Glass & Construction will not warranty surfaces where damages have occurred due to other trades, vandals, or other causes beyond Sonoran Glass & Construction’s control. • Glass shower enclosures may develop leaks when equipped with a handheld shower head or an adjustable shower handheld wand combo. These types of shower heads direct water towards the seams or edges of the enclosure, potentially compromising the seals. Fixed shower heads and their accessories can help mitigate these issues by remaining stationary and aligning with the enclosure's sealing mechanisms. Sonoran Glass & Construction does not offer a guarantee against water leaks in glass shower enclosures, as factors such as water pressure, maintenance practices, usage patterns, and the natural deterioration of seals over time can affect performance. • Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any direct or consequential losses, regardless of the cause.
