On July 14, 2026, the parties filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate and Set Status with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which they advised that the parties agreed to continue working toward resolution. To provide additional time, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on August 31, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
