A mediation was conducted in this matter on April 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Candyce Carpenter and John Gosney participated on behalf of Complainant G 4 Electric, LLC. Cody Huffaker, Esq. represented Respondent Kapella Group, LLC. Denis Koval participated on behalf of Respondent Kapella Group, LLC.

The parties reached an agreement during the mediation. In order to provide the parties time to effectuate the terms of their agreement, the matter is set for a written Status Update on May 6, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status; or

Inform the Tribunal that the agreed upon settlement terms did not come to fruition and request that the matter be set for hearing.
