At the hearing conducted on March 12, 2026, Complainant referenced text messages he had provided to the Investigator at the jobsite inspection which documents, for unknown reasons, had not been provided to the Tribunal within the Registrar’s Notice of Hearing Packet. In order to be considered by the undersigned, those text message documents must be provided to the Tribunal no later than April 6, 2026.
