REQUEST TO THE ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS TO BRIEF RESPONDENT’S ASSERTION REGARDING TRIBAL LANDS

At the request of Respondent Quintero Developments, LLC, the motion for continuance is granted, good cause appearing. The matter will be put into status until February 27, 2026.

This Administrative Law Judge requests the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“ROC”) to brief Respondent’s assertion that the ROC and the Office of Administrative Hearings have a lack of jurisdiction in this matter in regards to tribal lands. Attached find the Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss Complaint for Lack of Jurisdiction. This Administrative Law Judge looks forward to the ROC’s response.
