The Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document filed on behalf of Quintero Developments, LLC (“Respondent”) the Notice of Pending Motion to Dismiss Before Registrar of Contractors and Request to Convert Hearing to Status Conference makes the following minute entry:

Respondent requested that the scheduled April 10, 2026 hearing at 1:00pm be converted to a status conference. This request will be denied at this time. The hearing is currently scheduled four to five weeks out from the issuance of this Minute Entry which should be plenty of time to have received a response from the Registrar of Contractors regarding your pending Motion to Dismiss to the Registrar of Contractors. If the pending Motion to Dismiss is granted or still pending by the time of this hearing, inform this Tribunal.
