On March 4, 2026, Respondent Quintero Developments, LLC filed a Motion to Dismiss Complaint.

Complainant did not file a response to Respondent’s motion.

The parties, jointly, have the opportunity to decide to mediate this matter versus going to a hearing. In fact, the Office of Administrative Hearings offers mediation services, as a part of the Arizona Registrar’s Notice of Hearing Packet, this information was provided to the parties about those services.

The Office of Administrative Hearings, does not have jurisdiction over any claim regarding breach of contract.

IT IS ORDERED denying the Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss.
