ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 12, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Dennis Rosen, Esq. represented Complainant AZ Electrical Connection, Inc. Douglas Hazel was present on behalf of Complainant. Roscoe Mutz, Esq. represented Respondent McCreary Homes, Inc. LJ McCreary and Elise Townsend were present on behalf of Respondent.

The parties participated in a lengthy prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal

that they “have conditionally settled this dispute based on performance of the settlement by May 1, 2026 and respectfully request that the matter be scheduled for a status conference thereafter.”

Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on May 4, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
