The document, consisting of an acceptance of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, will not be considered by the Office of Administrative Hearings because it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken by the Office of Administrative Hearings on the matter.

The Administrative Law Judge Decision was issued on April 2, 2026; therefore, the time frame within which Respondent needed to notify the Office of Administrative Hearing to accept had expired on April 12, 2026.

Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.
