On April 16, 2026, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had resolved the matter and the hearing currently scheduled for April 21, 2026, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
