AND SETTING HEARING VIA GOOGLE MEET

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on February 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Daniel Gherghita appeared on behalf of Complainant Daniel Gherghita, LLC. Joe David appeared on behalf of Respondent Jobuilt Construction, Inc.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, Mr. David made a motion to continue the hearing for various reasons and Mr. Gherghita objected to a continuance. Prior to ruling on the motion, the parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, it appeared that the parties may have resolved the matter in dispute, however, Mr. David wanted to seek the advice of counsel regarding the parties’ agreement. The continuance request was granted.

Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to February 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., and will be conducted either by video conferencing or telephone participation through Google Meet as follows:
