Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Respondent’s February 12, 2026 Motion to Continue Hearing and Complainant’s February 19, 2026 objection thereto.

Counsel for Respondent requests that this matter be continued to the first week of May 2026, because Counsel has a trial beginning on March 23, 2026. This hearing is set for three hours on March 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., 12 days before Counsel’s trial is set to commence, and there are 20 days between today’s date and March 11, 2026, during which Counsel has time to prepare for the trial and this hearing.
