The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on March 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Complainant Paul Michalek appeared on his own behalf. Gabriel Hartsell, Esq. represented Respondent Statesmann Devco, LLC. Alana Mann, Nicole Blais, Allison O’Dea, and Gary Skrip were present on behalf of Respondent Statesmann Devco, LLC. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator David Fagerburg appeared as a witness. The parties participated in a lengthy prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties informed the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement. Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on March 18, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following: (1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing; (2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30- days, 45-days, or 60-days; or (3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
