On March 17, 2026, the parties filed a Joint Status Update and Motion to Vacate Hearing and Dismiss the Citation and Complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings, in which the parties advised that “this matter has been satisfactorily resolved and accordingly, jointly move the Tribunal to vacate the Hearing pursuant to A.A.[C.] R2-19-111. The parties further request the Tribunal dismiss the Complaint and the Citation pursuant to the agreement reached between the parties.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
