STATUS UPDATE

Complainant Black Jack Renovations, LLC, failed to appear at the hearing scheduled on January 20, 2026 at 3:00pm. Respondent Tricor Contracting, LLC appeared at the hearing. Respondent informed the Tribunal that there were some settlement negotiations being sought. As such, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a STATUS UPDATE on January 28, 2026. On or before this date, the Complainant OR a joint statement are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a motion to continue and reset for status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

Reach out to the Office of Administrative Hearings through the website https://www.azoah.com to file the status update. If the Tribunal does not hear from the Complainant OR a joint statement by the deadline date, this matter will be processed as a failure to appear and vacated from this Office.
