provided at the hearing held on January 15, 2026, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
