AND SETTING STATUS DATE
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Mark Molique, Esq. represented Complainant Colter Electric, LLC. Colter Van Wagenen was present on behalf of Complainant. M. Craig Murdy, Esq. represented Respondent Fiat Incorporated. John Hooper and Sarah Marx appeared on behalf of Respondent.
The parties participated in a lengthy prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised that they had reached an agreement in principle, however required additional time in which to finalize the terms of the agreement and memorialize it.
Therefore,
Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 24, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
