ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE AND SETTING STATUS UPDATE

A hearing in this matter was scheduled for and convened on March 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM, at which Peggy Reyes appeared on behalf of Complainant and no appearance was made on behalf of Respondent. Ms. Reyes noted, on the record, that Respondent had recently made partial payment, and she wished to give Respondent additional time to pay the remaining balance due and owing. Therefore, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on April 2, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
