ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE AND SETTING STATUS UPDATE

At the date and time set for hearing in this matter, both parties appeared, and new information was revealed, which could not have reasonably been known prior to the setting of this hearing, which necessitated further discovery. Specifically, a second, separate but related compliance inspection had been scheduled for a date occurring after this hearing date. Additionally, information filed with the second ROC complaint included documentation essential to Respondent’s asserted defense.

Therefore, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on March 2, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
