STATUS UPDATE

At the request of the parties and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a STATUS UPDATE on May 14, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a motion to continue and reset for status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

This Tribunal cannot hold the status open for 18 months, however, another 60 days (or any day before the deadline) should give Complainant more time to decide if the Office of Administrative Hearings can vacate this matter.
