ORDER DENYING CONTINUANCE

On November 26, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) issued a Notice of Hearing setting the above-entitled matter for hearing on January 12, 2026.

On December 7, 2025, Theresa Lindstrom filed a timely Motion for Continuance because the Registrar’s Investigator was not available to testify at the hearing.

On December 16, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge issued a notice granting the Motion for Continuance and setting the matter for hearing on February 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.

On January 27, 2026, Outdoor Homes, LLC filed an untimely Motion for Continuance requesting additional time to prepare for the hearing. Additionally, Outdoor Homes, LLC stated that it had significant personal and professional matters that require immediate attention.

On January 27, 2026, Ms. Lindstrom filed a written objection to the motion. In the motion, Ms. Lindstrom argued that Outdoor Homes had months to prepare for the hearing and that Outdoor Homes failed to provide specific information regarding its personal and professional matters.

Having reviewed the Motion for Continuance and the objection,

IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Continuance is denied, no good cause appearing.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing remains scheduled for February 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
