ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on February 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Jimmy Najera appeared on his own behalf. Eliseo Arciniega appeared on behalf of Respondent A1 Roofing, Inc. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Todd Anderson appeared as a witness. Interpreter Mark Canas provided translation services.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had entered into a settlement agreement, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on March 31, 2026. On or before this date, Mr. Najera is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
