IT IS ORDERED DENYING the Motion. The Office of Administrative Hearings does not have the authority to enforce a settlement agreement and Complainant has a right to proceed to hearing. However, the parties are encouraged to continue in their attempts to resolve the matter prior to hearing.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED GRANTING the Motion to Continue Hearing, good cause appearing. The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to January 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., and will be conducted either by video conferencing or telephone participation through Google Meet as follows:
