On December 22, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Pre-hearing Order of Closing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar ordered that Case Number 2025-09059 be closed due to Respondent having filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection on November 24, 2025, resulting in an automatic stay of these proceedings.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
