ADVISEMENT TO PARTES
The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), having reviewed the document filed by Respondent on March 23, 2026, makes the following minute entry:
Respondent provided notice of their intent to appear in-person for the hearing on April 14, 2026 at 1:00pm at 1740 W Adams Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007. The ALJ acknowledges the Respondent’s intention to appear in-person. To appear virtually, please refer to the Order dated March 11, 2026 for the Google Meet link.
Per the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) procedures, all exhibits must be submitted electronically. For all additional hearing information, please refer to the Registrar of Contractors Notice of Hearing packet dated March 5, 2026.
In addition, if the parties are granted a prehearing settlement conference through the Registrar of Contractors which leads to a settlement, inform OAH, as OAH would then vacate the matter from our office.
