On March 26, 2026, Respondent JTI Construction, LLC, by and through counsel filed a MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER DENYING RESPONDENT’S MOTION FOR REMAND AND MOTION TO DISMISS. The April 14, 2026 hearing will be postponed. This matter will be put into status until April 30, 2026.1 This Administrative Law Judge requests that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) rule on Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss which was in its Answer on the workmanship matter.2 In addition, Respondent’s March 26, 2026, Motion will be attached for the Registrar’s consideration regarding Susan Freestone (“Complainant”) and whether or not she was the proper party with standing to file the complaint.
