ORDER VACATING HEARING

On October 2, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), through the Assistant Attorney General submitted a Motion to Vacate Formal Hearing because Respondent EJM Building and Consulting, LLC withdrew its license application.

Based on Respondent’s withdrawal of appeal, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled on October 16, 2025, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
