ORDER VACATING

HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on October 30, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Yashica Dettman appeared on behalf of White Cap, LP (“Complainant”). Extreme Concrete, LLC (“Respondent”) did not appear notwithstanding proper notice. After a ten (10) minute grace period, the hearing proceeded in Respondent’s absence.

Prior to the Administrative Law Judge issuing a Decision, on November 13, 2025, Complainant filed a request to withdraw the Complaint giving rise to this matter, as Respondent has paid the outstanding balance due to Complainant in full.

Based on the withdrawal of the Complaint,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
