After previously unknown facts were revealed at hearing, Complainant wished to provide Respondent another opportunity to correct the project before proceeding with adjudication. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED the record in the above-captioned matter will be held open until February 16, 2026 for the sole purpose of allowing Respondent an opportunity to comply with the Written Directive, complaint item 1. On or before February 16, 2026, Complainant shall advise the Office of Administrative Hearings whether corrective work was completed. Complainant should file the advisement with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) via the OAH website at www.azoah.com. A copy of the advisement must be sent to all parties.
The record will close on February 16, 2026. The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) has twenty (20) days after the record has closed to issue a recommended decision to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
