On August 26, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Formal Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that “Respondent has recently resolved his issues with the Registrar that formed the basis for the appeal.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
