On March 26, 2026, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had reached a settlement of this matter.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
