ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
AND SETTING STATUS DATE
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on October 31, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Rick Pohle appeared on behalf of Complainant X-COM, LLC. Tate Stricklin, Justin Lindsey, and Sheri Drain appeared on behalf of Respondent Tate Con, LLC.
Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter, however, required additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.
Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on November 21, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:
Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
Done this day, November 3, 2025.
