The ALJ, having reviewed the document filed on February 25, 2026, makes the following minute entry:

A hearing in the above-entitled matter was set to convene at 9:00 a.m. on February

25, 2026. Yolanda Garcia Provencio did not appear. On February 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., Agustin Bob Carreon filed a written motion for a continuance on behalf of Ms. Provencio. However, Mr. Carreon did not explain why Ms. Provencio failed to appear for the hearing. Therefore, the motion filed on February 25, 2026 is denied.

Ms. Provencio may file a new motion that includes the reasons that she failed to

appear, no later than March 4, 2026. Ms. Provencio must provide a copy of the motion to LHH/Amarillas Bros Construction LLC. Ms. Provencio may file the motion electronically via OAH’s website at www.azoah.com (“Motions/File Documents”).

Furthermore, Mr. Carreon may not represent Ms. Provencio at hearing unless he

is an active member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona under Arizona Supreme Court Rule 32, or he is specifically authorized to do so under Rules 31.3, 38, or 39. See Rule 31.2 of the Arizona Supreme Court.
