The Office of Administrative Hearings, received a Phone Call on March 11 and March 12, 2026 by Complainant Marsha Elaine Capps and makes the following minute entry:

Complainant provided notice of her intent to appear in-person for the hearing on March 17, 2026 at 1:00pm. The Administrative Law Judge acknowledges the Complainant’s intention to appear in-person. Per the Office of Administrative Hearings procedures, all exhibits must be submitted electronically. In addition, the Respondent and Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator will more than likely continue to appear virtually via Google Meet per the Order issued on January 26, 2026. If the Respondent so chooses to appear in-person, as well, that will be acknowledged in advance.
