On December 17, 2025, Administrative Law Judge Samuel Fox issued an Order requiring the parties to file a Status Update by January 16, 2026. To date, the tribunal has yet to receive the same. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the parties shall file a Status Update by January 30, 2026, informing the tribunal as to the status of their settlement or if a hearing is needed. Failure to provide the same, will result in the matter being remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
