Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Respondent’s January 21, 2026 Motion for Continuance of Hearing and Complainant’s January 27, 2026 Objection thereto.

It is noted that Respondent’s Motion was filed by new counsel, yet a Notice of Withdrawal of former counsel has not been filed nor has a Notice of Substitution of Counsel. It is concerning that new counsel agreed to accept representation in this matter with the knowledge of the pending hearing date and yet the need for additional time to prepare for hearing. However, under the circumstances presented in the Motion, good cause for a brief continuance is found.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED GRANTING the Motion.

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to March 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., and will be conducted either by video conferencing or telephone participation through Google Meet as follows:
