The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Jeff Walsh, Esq. represented Complainant Prism Millwork, LLC. Michael Peterson was present on behalf of Complainant Prism Millwork, LLC. Heather Boysel, Esq. represented Respondent Symmetry Construction, LLC. Jason Boysel was present on behalf of Respondent Symmetry Construction, LLC. Meena Puri appeared as a witness.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on February 13, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

Done this day, January 15, 2026.
