On March 5, 2026, Respondent Masterpiece Contracting LLC, by and through counsel, filed a REQUEST FOR PREHEARING INSPECTION. The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), having reviewed the request, makes the following minute entry: The Office of Administrative Hearings cannot compel an Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator to perform a prehearing inspection. As such, this ALJ cannot grant or deny this request due to a lack of jurisdiction. However, the matter can be discussed between the parties at the time of hearing and/or Investigator Schuette may perform one on her own volition.
