The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document filed on December 9, 2025, issues the following Minute Entry:

The document filed by Respondent, consisting of a proposed resolution to the Complaint, will not be considered as it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.

Because a Decision has already been issued, the Office of Administrative Hearings no longer has jurisdiction over the matter. All correspondence must be filed directly with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). In the event the parties actually resolve the matter, Complainant must inform the Registrar of such resolution.
