NOTICE REGARDING RESUBMISSION OF EXHIBITS Pursuant to Administrative Law Judge Abramsohn’s instructions provided at the prior hearing, Complainant respectfully hereby submits this Notice Regarding Resubmission of Exhibits.

At the Court’s direction, Complainant has undertaken to reorganize, reduce, and reformat the previously submitted exhibits to improve clarity and usability for all parties participating in the March 3, 2026 hearing. Specifically, Complainant is converting applicable exhibits from JPEG format to PDF format, reducing the overall number and size of exhibits where feasible, and organizing exhibits into clearly labeled packets to comply with OAH portal file-size limitations.

Due to technical constraints, certain exhibits are submitted in multiple parts, and video exhibits are submitted separately. Exhibit numbering has been preserved and corresponds directly to the Amended Exhibit List submitted concurrently with this Notice.

Complainant respectfully submits this Notice to advise the Court and parties of compliance with Judge Abramsohn’s instructions and to ensure that the resubmitted exhibits may be efficiently reviewed and utilized during the hearing.
