ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on October 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Kade Castigliano and Keith Brandon appeared on behalf of Complainant KAN Communications, LLC. Joshua Kalanick, Esq. represented J C Compton Enterprises, Inc. (“Respondent”). Jason Compton and Minako Compton were present on behalf of Respondent.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties requested that the hearing be continued in order to provide them additional time in which to resolve the matter in dispute. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on January 9, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
