On March 5, 2026, Respondent Salten Pools Construction & Design, LLC, by and through counsel, filed a Request for Prehearing Inspection. Complainant has not filed a response. The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), having reviewed the request, makes the following minute entry:

The Office of Administrative Hearings cannot compel an Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator to perform a prehearing inspection. As such, this ALJ cannot grant or deny this request due to a lack of jurisdiction. However, the matter can be discussed between the parties at the time of hearing.
