On October 28, 2025, the parties jointly filed a Stipulated Notice of Settlement; Request to Vacate Hearing; and, Request to Remand Case to ROC for Closing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the mediation currently scheduled on November 7, 2025, and the hearing currently scheduled for November 25, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
