On June 12, 2025, , the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate Formal Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Respondent had withdrawn their appeal with the Registrar.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
