Respondent provided notice of their intent to appear in-person for the hearing on August 26, 2025 at 10:30am. The ALJ acknowledges the Respondent’s intention to appear in-person. In addition, the Complainant will more than likely continue to appear virtually per the Order issued on July 16, 2025.
