neither party has provided any updates. Therefore,

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a FINAL STATUS UPDATE on March 20, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by

submitting a MOTION TO VACATE the hearing; or

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and

request that the matter be set for hearing.

If the parties do not submit a status update by March 20, 2026, the Administrative

Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved or Complainant does not

wish to proceed with a hearing and the matter will be vacated.
