Submission and grounds The denial of the original motion to continue was not received. My self, Bill Norton, was not copied on the denial, nor did the email on file receive the denial. AS such, I apologize for not responding sooner. I would like to petition the Judge to reconsider the motion to continue. I am a material witness in that I was the company representative at the jobsite inspection. I am the one who attempted to schedule an inspection within the 15 days with the complainant, am the one who communicated with the ROC inspector, and complainant regarding the written directive. On the hearing date, I am a key presenter for a field trip of 50 high school students. I will be presenting at the time the hearing is scheduled. It will be impossible to provide my material testimony at the hearing. Please reconsider the motion to continue. The complainant provided no reason why a continuance would cause harm or damage to them.
