On April 9, 2026, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) submitted a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing.

Based on the issuance of the Registrar’s Order Quashing Notice of Recovery Fund Award dated April 9, 2026, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled on April 14, 2026, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
